We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, Mary. He is co-equal with God the Father. We believe that Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all mankind by dying on a cross. He physically rose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven’s glory and will return again to earth to reign as King of Kings in power and glory. We believe that Baptism in water, as taught and shown by Jesus Christ, symbolizes his death, burial, and resurrection and is man’s public declaration that he has accepted Jesus as his personal Savior. Baptism is not salvation but is a public show that the person has already been saved. Matthew 28:18-19, Matthew 3:13-17, Colossians 2:12.

We believe that the Church, is ordained by God. It is meant to gather together for worship, to teach the commands of Jesus Christ, equip individuals with what they need to obey God and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that part of sharing the love of God is done by serving others.Hebrews 10:24-25, 1 corinthians 2:27, Ephesians 4:12, Acts 2:42,1 Peter 4:10.

We believe the Bible to be the inerrant word of God, written by man under divine revelation. We accept only these scriptures as truth and the final authority on all matters related to faith and conduct. 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20, 21; 2 Timothy 1:13; Psalm 119:105,160, 12:6; Proverbs 30:5

We believe that salvation is a free gift from God, available to everyone, not by one’s good deeds, but only by turning from sin and accepting the finished work of Jesus Christ on The Cross. At salvation, we believe that man is born anew and thereby becomes a Christian and a child of God. We believe that the Christian is once saved forever. We believe that the Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make humans aware of their need for a Savior, Jesus Christ. From the moment of salvation, the Holy Spirit lives in every Christian. He provides the Christian with power for living a holy life, understanding of biblical truth, and guidance in doing what is right. John 16:7-8, Ephesians 1:13, Acts 1:8, John 14:26.
